To meet the various Heat Exchangers capacity BTU and Sizes, DIA ALUMINIUM has 2 Burr OAK Fin Press, USA : 100 MT Each and 1 Kyori, Japan Fin Press : 80 MT. Equipped with 60Row Fin dies with 3 Progression.

Hair Pin Benders:

Based on the Customer needs of Fin &Tube Type Heat Exchangers, DIA ALUMINIUM has facilities of Auto Hair Pin Bender Machineries of Taiyo Corporation Japan and Young shin Korea.

Mechanical Expanders:

To ensure the Efficient Heat Transfers, Heat Exchangers are expanded by World Class Young Shin Vertical Expander Machineries to provide accurate fin & tube bonding.

Auto Conveyor Lines:



Auto Conveyor Lines:
To ensure the Moisture & contamination Free Air Conditioner Cycle, Heat Exchangers are passed through the Ovens flushed with Hot Air and Nitrogen pre and Post Brazing Operations on the auto - conveyor lines.

Automatic Brazing Machines:



Automatic Brazing Machines:
Brazing Operations are Automatic by using World Class Auto Brazing Machines which minimizes the Human Interference and providing Leak Proof Brazing Joints.

Slot Cutting Machines:

Day-by-Day Split Air Conditioner Demands are increasing, to meet the Split Evaporator requirements DIA ALUMINIUM is equipped with Fin Slot Machine which delivers Split Evaporators ready to assemble on Customers Assembly Line(s).

Leak Testing Facilities:



Leak Testing Facilities:
To deliver the Leak Proof products, all Heat Exchangers are meticulously Tested on the Vacuum Leak Test Machineries. To meet the special requirements of Customers, DIA ALUMINIUM also has water –deep testing facilities with Water Dry Oven Conveyor Systems.
